Job Description

• Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Implementation and Support experience in Finance, Operations and Retail
• Support delivery of technically robust Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 maintain code quality in accordance with the set standards.
• Endeavour opportunities to reduce complexity and continuously improve application performance
• Produce and maintain technical documentation required to support regulatory submissions
• Keep training manuals and related decks updated and available for team use
• Update technical knowledge and skills by pro-actively attending trainings, workshops and seminars and pursuing
• Courses related to the field and applying the best practices

Primary Skills

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming X++
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 functionalities
• Experience with DevOps CICD process
• Experience in SQL queries
• Knowledge of LCS, PowerApps, Power Automate
• Knowledge in Data Integration (DIXF, Data Entities)
• Knowledge of DevOps, ServiceNow and JIRA (or related test management/ bug tracking
• tools)
• Knowledge of reporting tools and services like SSRS, MorphX
• Knowledge of code creation, deployment, maintenance and debugging using Visual studio
• and MorphX IDE
• Knowledge of source code version management using TFS and Azure DevOps Server
• Knowledge of enabling ecosystems like SharePoint, Teams etc.

Secondary Skills

• Good Communication Skill.
• Involved in Cutover Planning, Cutover Strategies preparation and execution of cutover activities.
• Actively involved in Functional Testing.
• Actively involved in Go-live Support.
