Microsoft Dynamics Application Specialist

We're building a new CRM team in Kuala Lumpur and are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Specialist to provide 3rd level application support, troubleshoot production issues, and work closely with developers and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 2-3rd level application support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE / On-Prem).
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.
• Work closely with developers during defect resolution and system enhancements.
• Support application testing (SIT/UAT) and production deployments.
• Monitor application performance and ensure service stability.
• Assist Level 2 support with complex issues and escalations.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in release activities and change management.
• Collaborate with business users when investigating issues or validating solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE and/or On-Prem).
• Experience troubleshooting production incidents and application issues.
• Knowledge of CRM configuration is an advantage.
• Experience working with developers during releases and defect fixes.
• Familiar with ITIL incident, problem and change management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or ServiceNow is an advantage
