Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations – Technical Consultant / Senior Developer

Experience: 6–8 Years

Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad (Hybrid / Onsite)

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations Technical Consultant who will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Project Operations solutions. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in D365 CE, Project Operations, Power Platform, custom development, and integrations.

Key ResponsibilitiesD365 Project Operations – Technical Ownership

- Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations (Lite and Integrated models).

- Develop and customize model-driven apps, entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and process flows.

- Support technical enablement of project planning, resource management, time & expense, costing, and billing.

Custom Development

- Develop plugins using C# (.NET).

- Build custom workflows, actions, and extensions.

- Develop JavaScript and TypeScript customizations.

- Follow Microsoft best practices and ALM standards.

Power Platform

- Develop Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, time & expense, and billing workflows.

- Configure solution layering, security, and environment management.

Integration & Data Migration

- Design and support integrations with Finance & Operations, ERP systems, and third-party systems.

- Perform data migration using KingswaySoft SSIS and Dataverse tools.

- Support cut-over, reconciliation, and validation activities.

DevOps & Delivery

- Use Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and work item tracking.

- Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

- Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript.

- Strong experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.

- Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.

Good to Have

- Experience integrating with Finance & O

perations.

- Exposure to Azure Functions or Logic Apps.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

- Experience in global enterprise implementations.
