Salary: AUD 1,950 - 2,600 / month (based on experience)

Expected Notice Period: 2 to 4 Weeks

Shift: AU Partial (6:30 AM IST to 3:30 PM IST)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide support and enhancements to our Dynamics CRM application
• Designing, building, and implementing solutions to real-world business problems using Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft suite of tools
• Customizing Dynamics 365 to meet our business and our client's needs
• Developing both Model-driven and Canvas Apps
• Building automation using Power Automate
• Meeting client's technical and functional needs
• Staying abreast of developments and new features in the Power Platform
• Work with the Project Manager to manage the backlog for the CRM solution

This Role Requires:

• Experience in one or more of the Dynamics 365 functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service)
• Programming skills (e.g.: HTML, CSS, Jquery, C# .Net, JavaScript, React, etc.)
• Experience with the Dynamics 365 SDK
• Experience with developing on Microsoft Azure
• Experience working with APIs and database
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
