Job Summary:
We are seeking an experiencedMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultantto implement, configure, and support SCM modules within Dynamics 365 F&O. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation ofSupply Chain Management modulesin Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and distribution
- Configure and customize SCM modules including:
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management
- Master Planning
- Production Control
- Sales & Distribution
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and propose optimal solutions
- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams
- Support data migration, integration, and testing activities
- Conduct UAT sessions and provide user training
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-go-live support
- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 38+ years of experience in Dynamics AX / D365 F&O SCM
- Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Hands-on experience in configuration and implementation
- Experience with system integrations and data migration
- Strong understanding of business process mapping
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in Agile or hybrid project environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries
- Knowledge of Power Platform integration
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (SCM or Finance track)
- Exposure to automation or reporting tools
