Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Job Description:

• Configure, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) or ERP (Finance & Operations/Supply Chain) solutions.
• Develop custom applications, plugins, workflows, and business process automation using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and Dataverse.
• Develop Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Manage application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain existing Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, workflows, and architecture documentation in Confluence.
• Collaborate with QA, product managers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
