Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 CE Development

  • Configure, design, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service).
  • Develop CRM components including plugins, workflows, business rules, custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and Power Automate flows.
  • Implement CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and CRM SDK.

Power Platform

  • Build and enhance Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven).
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows for business process automation.
  • Use Data verse for data modeling and integration.

Azure & Integration

  • Integrate D365 CE with external systems using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, API Services, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • Work on Azure-based deployments, authentication, and identity management.

System Enhancements & Support

  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Optimize D365 CE performance and ensure best practices.
  • Support upgrades, deployments, and release management.
