Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge, allowing them to configure, customize, deploy, and optimize D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) to meet business needs. This role requires hands-on experience in implementation, system integration, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Technical Responsibility

• Customize and extend D365 F&O and SCM using X++, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Knowledge about MS SQL Database and hands-on experience writing SQL statement and store procedures.
• Create and modify SSRS reports, workflows, and security roles.
• Work on data migration using the Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Develop integrations with third-party applications using Data Entities, OData, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Dual-Write, and APIs.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and system performance optimization.
  
  

Deployment & Infrastructure

• Lead D365 F&O and SCM deployments in sandbox, UAT, and production environments.
• Manage deployments using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Configure Tier-2 and Tier-3 environments, monitor system health, and apply updates.
• Perform code merge, build automation, and release management.
• Work with Microsoft FastTrack for go-live readiness assessment.
• Manage security configurations, role-based access control (RBAC), and data security policies.
  
  

Required Technical

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in X++ development and customization.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, LCS, and deployment automation.
• Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF), Dual-Write, and integrations (REST, SOAP, OData, Logic Apps).
• Hands-on experience in SSRS reports, security configurations, workflows, Power Automate flows and extensions.
• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure, MS SQL Server, and Microsoft cloud services.
• Knowledge about CI/CD and building pipeline using Azure DevOps.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ISV solutions and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI-driven automation in D365 F&O
• Knowledge about HR, Payroll an ADD-On & D365 CRM.
