Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Work independently and operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Responsible AI practices
Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to technical and governance solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to ethical AI standards and compliance frameworks
Conduct periodic audits of AI systems to evaluate alignment with responsible AI guidelines and regulations
Design and implement risk mitigation strategies for ethical, bias, and compliance-related issues in AI systems
Support development and enforcement of AI governance policies across AI-driven solutions
Analyze AI outputs and datasets to support ethical decision-making and transparency
Ensure responsible deployment of AI systems across enterprise environments
