Role: Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / Technical Lead / Architect
Experience: 6+ years in IT, including substantial Power Platform and AI solution experience
Work arrangement: Hybrid

About the opportunity
You'll lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade copilots, conversational AI solutions, and AI agents. Working with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams, you'll translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions and guide them from discovery and proof of concept through deployment and governance.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery and architecture workshops; turn business requirements into solution designs and AI adoption plans.
- Design and guide implementation of Copilot Studio agents, conversation flows, topics, instructions, tools, connectors, and knowledge sources.
- Shape integrations across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise platforms using APIs and Azure services.
- Lead Generative AI, Agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent solution work.
- Set architecture, security, governance, responsible AI, deployment, and lifecycle management practices.
- Mentor developers and citizen developers; review designs and code, support delivery planning, and contribute to proposals and estimates.
- Help deliver proofs of concept, MVPs, and enterprise implementations, while improving adoption and solution quality.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and strong Power Platform knowledge, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience designing enterprise solutions with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agent orchestration, and conversational AI.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, Azure Functions, and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with security, identity, access controls, DLP, compliance, CI/CD, ALM, and solution deployment.
- Programming experience in one or more of C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or PowerShell.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and customer workshop experience.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred certifications
- Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Power Platform Developer Associate
- Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Copilot Studio certifications or applied-skills credentials
