We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Healthcare Specialist to join our team. As a healthcare technology expert, you will work with healthcare organizations to implement Microsoft technologies that improve operations, streamline workflows, and optimize patient care. You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft solutions to help clients drive digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to assess needs and develop Microsoft-based solutions for their systems.
- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies tailored to healthcare settings.
- Lead client-facing projects and provide ongoing technical support and optimization of deployed solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Deliver product training and provide guidance on best practices for Microsoft technologies in healthcare environments.
- Analyze healthcare workflows and make recommendations for improvements using Microsoft tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft healthcare solutions and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft solutions, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Power BI.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong background in healthcare IT, including knowledge of HIPAA, interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR), and healthcare workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a client-facing role, managing projects, and delivering solutions.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
