Role Overview
We are looking for a
Microsoft Chatbot Developer (AI & Omnichannel Solutions) to design, develop, and deploy next-generation conversational and agentic AI solutions.
You will build intelligent chatbot systems using Microsoft technologies, enabling seamless user interactions across platforms such as Microsoft Teams, web, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop intelligent chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework SDK and Azure Bot Services
- Build and manage conversational agents using Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
- Implement omnichannel chatbot solutions across Microsoft Teams, web, and enterprise platforms
- Integrate chatbot solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, and APIs
- Design conversational flows using adaptive dialogs and orchestration frameworks
- Develop agentic AI workflows for enterprise use cases like procurement automation, supplier queries, and compliance tracking
- Implement AI capabilities such as:
- Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
- Context and memory management
- Multi-turn and goal-driven conversations
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Work with modern AI frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, and Engineering
- Ensure chatbot solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing
- Monitor, debug, and optimize chatbot performance using analytics tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework SDK and Azure Bot Services
- Experience with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents
- Strong understanding of Omnichannel chatbot solutions
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js)
- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Familiarity with LUIS or equivalent NLP tools
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and conversational AI design
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise integrations (SAP, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (mandatory); AWS is a plus
