MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is currently hiring for the position of Microsoft Alliance Partner Manager. The role will play a pivotal part in shaping and accelerating MTX Group's strategic partnership with Microsoft across the globe. This position is responsible for driving high-impact co-sell growth, strengthening executive relationships, and executing joint go-to-market strategies that unlock new revenue opportunities. You will work closely with senior leaders across both organizations to translate alliance strategy into measurable business outcomes. This is a highly influential role for someone who thrives on building ecosystem partnerships and driving commercial success at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Alliance Strategy & Growth Leadership
  • Strategize and implement MTX Group's Microsoft alliance roadmap to accelerate business expansion across the U.S./India/Canada
  • Spearhead alliance-driven revenue streams, pipeline targets, and high-impact growth initiatives
  • Capitalize on Microsoft funding and incentive frameworks to fast-track commercial growth
  • Go-to-Market & Co-Sell Execution
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and practice leaders to architect joint go-to-market strategies tailored to Microsoft solution domains
  • Direct Microsoft co-sell operations, encompassing pipeline maturation, deal orchestration, and strategic opportunity alignment
  • Launch collaborative campaigns, industry events, webinars, and engagement programs to catalyze pipeline acceleration
  • Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Engagement
  • Cultivate and sustain influential relationships across Microsoft's sales, partner, marketing, and technical ecosystems
  • Serve as the face of MTX within the Microsoft partner network through executive forums and strategic industry engagements
  • Performance Management & Alliance Governance
  • Manage alliance governance frameworks, including QBRs, performance scorecards, and operational planning sessions
  • Monitor alliance KPIs, focusing on sourced revenue, pipeline velocity, co-sell performance, and partner connectivity
  • Ensure comprehensive reporting transparency through advanced forecasting and partner performance dashboards

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven track record of 8+ years in Alliance Management, Partner Ecosystems, Channel Sales, or Strategic Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, or demonstrated ability to rapidly develop expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder partner environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders across organizations.
  • Hands-on experience driving co-sell motions and revenue-generating GTM strategies within partner ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of consistently delivering against pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Skill in cross-functional leadership, driving results and alignment without formal authority.
  • A proactive, network-centric approach to building commercial partnerships.
  • Passion for integrating AI-driven tools into alliance management and GTM workflows.
