Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Alliance Partner Manager to lead and strengthen our strategic partnership with Microsoft. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, driving co-sell initiatives, managing strategic alliances, and enabling joint business growth opportunities. This role requires close collaboration with Microsoft stakeholders as well as internal Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to support cloud, AI, security, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the strategic partnership with Microsoft.
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft sales, partner, and solution teams.
- Drive co-sell opportunities and joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align business goals.
- Support Azure, AI, Cloud, Security, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Align organizational offerings with Microsoft partner programs and strategic priorities.
- Track and support Microsoft alliance operations, partner engagements, and ecosystem activities.
- Identify new business opportunities through strategic collaboration with Microsoft teams.
- Work closely with leadership teams to drive partnership-led revenue growth and market expansion.
- Support partner enablement, certifications, and Microsoft competency initiatives.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Microsoft alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem management roles.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft partner ecosystem, co-sell motions, and GTM strategies.
- Experience working in IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven experience in driving strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
- Understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies including Azure, AI, Security, and Modern Workplace solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and business development skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
