We are seeking a visionary and experienced Microsoft AI, Copilot & Low Code Solutions Lead to drive innovation, solution strategy, business growth, and digital transformation initiatives leveraging Microsoft's AI and Low-Code ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform Copilot, Agent 365, Agentic AI, Computer Use, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI, and Power Platform technologies.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with minimum 3 years in enterprise architecture, consulting, pre-sales, digital transformation, or practice leadership roles.
- Microsoft AI Expertise: Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, Power Platform Copilot, Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Computer Use, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Foundry.
- Power Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder, Power BI, governance frameworks, and enterprise-scale implementations.
- Enterprise Architecture: Strong understanding of Azure services, cloud-native architecture, API-led integrations, security, governance, compliance, DevOps, and ALM practices.
- Integration Expertise: Experience integrating Microsoft technologies with Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, APIs, and external data platforms.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional consulting, stakeholder management, executive presentation, business solutioning, and practice leadership capabilities.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to develop AI-powered offerings, accelerators, business solutions, and technology roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.
Preferred Skills
- Experience implementing enterprise Agent Governance, Responsible AI, and AI Security frameworks.
- Expertise in MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integrations, Multi-Agent Orchestration, Agent Observability, and Autonomous Enterprise Systems.
- Experience building Copilot Studio Kits, Agent Catalogs, Agent Marketplaces, AI Accelerators, and reusable industry solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Intelligent Business Applications, Enterprise Knowledge Systems, and Data & Analytics platforms.
