Microfocus Cobol

1.) Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for PolicyLink applications, including resolving incident and provide root cause analysis.

2.) Monitor scheduled jobs using Control-M and ensure timely execution.

3.) Perform debugging and troubleshooting using Visual Studio Debugger and other diagnostic tools.

4.) Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues and implement fixes in WinForms, MF Cobol, and .NET/C# applications.

5.) Execute SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and issue resolution.

6.) Maintain documentation for processes, incidents, and resolutions.
