Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kishangarh for a Microbiology Tutor. The Microbiology Tutor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures to students, developing course materials and lesson plans, guiding students in laboratory practices and experiments, and evaluating student performance. The tutor will also support students with their academic and practical queries, provide mentorship, and assist in fostering a collaborative learning environment. They may participate in curriculum development and attend faculty meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Microbiology, with in-depth knowledge of microbial physiology, laboratory techniques, and practices.
• Proficiency in teaching concepts effectively and utilizing interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding.
• Experience in guiding and mentoring students in academic and research-based projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students and faculty members.
• Master's degree in Microbiology or a related field; fresher is preferred.
• Commitment to fostering educational excellence and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.
