Imago & Getter is a fast-growing disinfectant and infection control company working with pharmaceutical manufacturing units and hospitals across India.

We are looking for asenior microbiology leaderto head our validation, microbiology and compliance functions and support the growth of our product portfolio and customer base.

Role Overview

This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring that Imago & Getter's disinfectant products meet required technical, microbiological and regulatory expectations and are supported through proper validation, training and documentation frameworks.

The role works closely with Sales, Operations and Product teams to support customer onboarding, audits, and new product introduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead validation and technical support for disinfectant products across pharma plants and hospitals
• Oversee microbiology & chemistry related product assurance
• Support audits, compliance documentation and regulatory readiness
• Design and conduct customer & internal training programs
• Support technical pre-sales, demos and product onboarding
• Maintain product SOPs, MSDS, TDS and validation documentation
• Participate in technical evaluation of new products before market introduction

Who We're Looking For

• M.Sc. Microbiology / B. Pharm
• 8+ years experience in pharma plants, hospitals, disinfectants, QA or validation
• Exposure to GMP / Schedule M / ISO / NABL audits
• Strong communication & training skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and operations
