Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Microbiology graduates to join our Medical Coding team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in the healthcare industry. The selected candidates will be trained to accurately review medical records and assign standardized medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient medical records and clinical documentation
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Identify documentation gaps and escalate queries when necessary.
• Stay updated on coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.
• Work collaboratively with quality analysts and team leads.

Eligibility

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is preferred.
• Certification in Medical Coding is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Good analytical, communication, and computer skills.
