Responsibilities
- Assist in processing claims related to microbiology cases
- Review and validate microbiology-related documentation and data
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for claim-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in claim processing
- Provide support in resolving discrepancies and issues related to claims
- Maintain accurate records of claims processed and follow up on outstanding claims
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field
- Strong understanding of microbiology concepts and laboratory practices

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
