Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare media for microbiological and other laboratory testing.
Perform food and water swab tests to ensure safety and compliance.
Conduct pathogen testing as per standard procedures.
Maintain accurate quality documentation, including workbooks, registers, instrument logbooks, and other records in approved formats.
Ensure proper housekeeping of the laboratory work area.
Monitor and maintain stocks of chemicals, consumables, and glassware.
Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.
