Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare media for laboratory testing.
Perform food and water swab tests.
Conduct pathogen testing to ensure safety and compliance.
Maintain quality documentation, including all workbooks, registers, instrument logbooks, and other relevant records in approved formats.
Check and maintain stocks of chemicals, consumables, and glassware.
Carry out any other relevant work assigned by superiors.
