Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct experiments to study microorganisms and their applications in biological products
- Perform microbiological analysis and testing to ensure the quality and safety of products
- Develop and optimize microbiological processes for product manufacturing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and improvement projects
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, data analysis, and research findings
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in microbiology, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with aseptic techniques, microbial culture, and microbial identification methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of quality control and regulatory requirements in microbiology
- Experience with biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
