Job Description

  • Perform isolation, culturing, and preservation of microbial strains, including bacteria (especially Bacillus) and fungi (Trichoderma spp.)

  • Conduct molecular biology experiments, including DNA extraction and PCR analysis.

  • Maintain microbial culture collections and ensure proper documentation of lab records.

  • Support research and product development activities related to microbial formulations.

  • Assist in analytical procedures such as TLC or HPLC, as required.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of research goals.

  • Adhere to laboratory safety and quality standards.
