Job Description
- Organize the ongoing operation of microbiological facilities like sampling and testing, of all raw material, intermediate and finished product.
- All required analysis of each and every kind of samples must be done to ensure the productivity & efficiency of laboratory.
- Responsible for microbiological related validation, applicable maintenance activities, calibrating applicable measuring devices etc.
- Adherence to quality systems and maintaining requisite documents while handling preparation of quality control procedures & method statements.
- Providing practical advice to other departments within facility for avoiding contamination of the facility's products during production or other auxiliary activities.
- Monitoring work in progress for compliance with the approved drawings and specifications and verifying that finished work meets acceptance criteria.
- To ensure that facility complies with regulatory requirements, such as HACCP, ISO, and Food Safety.
- Control personal hygiene and provide aseptic floor for manufacturing.
- Environments monitoring of sterile as well as non-sterile area.
- Preparing quality reports and documents related to Audit.
