Job Description

Job Title: Micro Market Manager

Role Type: Full-time, On-Field / Ground Sales Role

The Micro Market Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new merchants and promoting company's financial and digital payment solutions such as QR Codes, Soundbox, EDC/POS machines, and loan products. The role requires strong field sales execution, relationship management, and target achievement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Merchant Acquisition

Identify, approach, and onboard potential merchants/customers to the company platform.

Expand merchant network within the assigned territory or micro market.

Product Promotion

Actively promote and sell company's financial products including:

QR Codes

Soundbox

EDC/POS Machines

Business Loans & Financial Services

Sales Target Achievement

Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Ensure high productivity and performance in the assigned region.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

Ensure merchant satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Customer Education

Educate merchants on digital payment solutions and product benefits.

Support merchants in understanding product usage and features.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and merchant updates.

Candidate Requirements :

Experience

0 to 3 years of experience in field sales, BFSI, telecom, FMCG, fintech, or related industries.

Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply.

Skills Required :

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Sales and persuasion abilities

Relationship management skills

Local language proficiency preferred

Basic knowledge of digital payment systems

Mandatory Requirements :

Must own an Android mobile phone

Must own a bike/two-wheeler for field visits

Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned location
