Description

We are seeking freshers/entry-level candidates with a background in Microbiology to join our Medical Coding team. This role involves accurately coding medical records and laboratory tests, with a particular focus on microbiological procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records to ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures.
• Apply knowledge of microbiology to accurately code laboratory tests and procedures related to infectious diseases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations specific to microbiology and medical coding.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation and improve coding accuracy.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance coding skills and knowledge of microbiology-related codes.

Skills and Qualifications
