Position: Full-Time MICE Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata
One of the world's leading global travel companies is looking for a high-performing MICE Sales Manager to drive corporate travel and event-led experiences in the Eastern region.
Experience & Profile (What We're Looking For):
- Strong corporate network across the Eastern Region, with proven experience in developing and managing large corporate accounts.
- Prior experience with leading travel brands such as Thomas Cook India, SOTC Travel, American Express Global Business Travel, FCM Travel, or similar organizations preferred.
- Excellent customer connect and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage CXOs and senior corporate decision-makers.
- Strong pre-sales capability preparing impactful proposals, presentations, and destination-led concepts for MICE programs.
- Solid product knowledge of global destinations, incentive travel programs, and conference logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive conversions and close high-value MICE deals.
- Exposure to corporate events, brand activations, and experiential programs will be an added advantage.
