Role description

We're hiring a Event Hospitality & Hotel Contracting Specialist at Enout.

At Enout, we design high-impact offsites, leadership journeys, and employee experiences for enterprise and high-growth organizations. This is a space where quality, negotiation, and experience design matter more than volume.

What you'll be driving:

Coordinate with hotels and vendors for seamless on-ground execution

Oversee guest check-ins and ensure a smooth arrival experience

Ensure rooms, amenities, and setups (AC, cleanliness, linen, etc.) meet standards

Manage meal plans (CP/MAP/AP), menus, and dining experiences

Handle banquet packages and align inclusions (AV, meeting rooms, setups)

Evaluate hotels, negotiate contracts, and optimise costs

Work closely with internal teams to ensure everything runs as planned

Resolve real-time issues and maintain service quality throughout

You'll fit right in if you:

Have experience in hotel operations, events, or hospitality coordination

Are comfortable managing on-ground hotel and vendor interactions

Understand meal plans, menus, and corporate dining formats

Are confident negotiating commercial terms with hotels

Can manage multiple vendor conversations with strong attention to detail

What this role is NOT:

Not a booking desk or backend coordination role

Not transport/logistics-focused

Not a client-facing sales role

This is a hospitality expertise + negotiation-driven role
