General information
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven PPC & Material planner SCM (for Aftermarket) to spearhead system development and supply chain initiatives. PPC & Material Planner is a key role in supply chain and manufacturing operations. Their main responsibility is to ensure that materials required for production or distribution are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting demand based on sales projections and historical data.
- Planning and scheduling the delivery of materials.
- Inventory management to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Weekly ACCO and PSS
- Alignment with Production for daily Production
- Alignment with Outward team for daily dispatches
- Daily shipment tracking from Plant to HOSUR/CHENNAI/MANESAR/HP
- Daily interaction with all customers for DI
- Daily Follow up with 3PL warehouse team for Customer dispatches
- SIOP volume preparation & alignment
- Production & sales tracking
- Day-wise production plan release
- ICO & Customer GIT reporting
- Schedule agreement preparation for new project / Part change at FG level
- GRN Update in system
- Customer Master Creation
- MMC
- CDP updation
- Customer delivery score card reporting & monitoring
- Customer portal handling & daily stock reporting
- MES system order release for production
- Internal coordination with WH / Packing team for daily dispatch & coverage
- Problem solving for System error during billing : like GST, IRN, Address
- Customer volume confirmation on portal
- New schedule agreement & production order preparation for new year start
- Management of compliance with VT regulation

Your Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience
- BE / Graduate (any); Additional certification (Specialization)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Good understanding of supply chain operation,
- Ability to work on Analytics tools including Power BI
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and material management programs
- Creative bend of mind, able to work in teams, and considers collaboration as a strength
