MGR/SMGR - Plant Administration, Legal & Compliance Support Executive (Rohtak)

Role :-

To support the Factory Manager in ensuring timely compliance to various legal obligations, confidentiality requirements, safety compliances and security of the R&D Centre.

Responsibilities :-

.Identify and map all the legal obligations applicable (as per Factory, BOCW and CLRA Act) and ensure compliance to all statutory norms by coordinating with the internal departments.

.Institutionalize and innovate ways to develop good relationships with external policy makers and Govt. custodians (Municipal Commissioner, IS&H Inspection, HSIIDC Manager).

. Derive and develop a mechanism to review the administrative control for confidentiality and security of Plant and mitigate any bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in the process.

.Take up the initiative to improve employee welfare policies and workplace culture.

.Seek support from Govt in urgent and critical cases of Govt approvals / Licenses/ Custom clearances / Govt Support/ Critical appointments etc.

. Coordinates with MSIL Internal agencies and other external agencies to promote / work towards ensuring environmental sustainability and carbon neutrality.

.Works as Plant administrator and assists the factory manager in exercising all his roles and responsibilities.

.Support Internal MSIL departments with any quick facilitation needed with external agencies approval / work.

. Support in community development activities and build a strong rapport with the neighboring community heads.
