Support the development and execution of the Company's sustainability and ESG strategy, objectives, and roadmap in alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations.
Coordinate with cross-functional business units to embed ESG considerations into operations, policies, and decision-making processes.
Develop, maintain, and enhance the ESG dashboard to track performance against defined KPIs, targets, and commitments.
Lead the preparation and annual publication of the Sustainability / ESG Report in line with applicable Indian and global frameworks and regulations (including but not limited to GRI, BRSR, TCFD, SASB, Integrated Reporting, and WEF-IBC).
Provide technical guidance on environmental and social impact assessments, sustainability risks, and mitigation measures across projects and business initiatives.
Identify, document, and disseminate ESG best practices, case studies, and emerging trends to build internal awareness and capability across the organization.
Support regulatory and stakeholder disclosures related to ESG, climate risk, and sustainability performance.
Assist in organizing Sustainability Committee meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes, and tracking action items and progress against commitments.
Work closely with external consultants, assurance providers, and auditors on ESG assurance, ratings, benchmarking exercises, and other sustainability-related engagements.
Support engagement with ESG rating agencies and indices, including data collation, responses, gap analysis, and improvement action plans.
Risk Management
Monitor and review risks captured in the enterprise risk register, including ESG-related, operational, financial, regulatory, and emerging risks.
Support the identification and assessment of top risks, potential new risks, and emerging risk themes, and escalate insights to senior management as appropriate.
Provide second-line oversight to ensure adherence to the Company's risk appetite, risk management framework, internal controls, and policies.
Assist in strengthening risk governance processes, including risk reporting, periodic reviews, and management action tracking.
Collaborate with business units to promote a strong risk culture and enhance risk awareness across the organization.

Profile / Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG, risk management, consulting, or a related domain.
Strong understanding of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, TCFD, SASB, Integrated Reporting, and WEF-IBC.
Familiarity with ESG ratings, indices, and assessment methodologies, including S&P, MSCI, Refinitiv, CDP, Sustainalytics, or similar agencies.
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable business insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and senior management updates.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
