Job Role & Responsibilities

Role: Process and fixture design approval for 2 wh / CV frames

Responsibilities:

Vertical Responsibilities: Coordination of development for Frame & Suspension group

Horizontal Responsibilities:

Process design, DFM study and resolution with R&D, Fixtures DAP approvals (Design Approval Prints) for 2wh / CV. Frame & suspension components

Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

Knowledge of drawing study for frame & swing arms, designing of manufacturing process for frames, swing arms, MIG welding, fixture DAP approvals

Behavioral

Confident, Young, dynamic, intelligent, and good team player. Good communication skills for technical DFM resolution with R&D counter parts, Vendor counter parts Team lead position

Specific expertise required for functional area:

Drawing study and process design, fixture concept and design approval- Frame & swing arm family for 2wh.
