Overview
Lead a dynamic team responsible for delivering precise and timely Registrations and Dependent Objects (D0s) specific to SAP master data setups for our GCC owned registration markets. This role supports key initiatives such as new Innovations, Reformulations, Productivity, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Transformations. Key responsibilities include managing workload prioritization, ensuring quality (Right First Time), maintaining documentation, providing training, and handling escalations. Your leadership will ensure alignment, facilitate rapid issue resolution, manage crises, and drive process improvements while nurturing super user development.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a working team lead with direct reports, balancing hands on DO activities and registrations with people leadership and coaching.
- Coordinate and execute standard and expedited/high priority requests across New Innovations, Reformulations, BCP, Productivity and miscellaneous shipments; support Sustain project setups as required.
- Operate in SAP MDG, SAP and other master data related tools; implement, sustain and optimise MDG for registration automation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate, timely registration for required OU markets, meeting regulatory requirements and market specifications for the concentrate portfolio.
- Analyse formula and product changes to determine impacts on SKUs, labels, registrations and downstream functions/plants; drive required updates through the system.
- Serve as escalation point for registration and dependent object queries; lead rapid root cause investigations, define corrective actions and coordinate with MDG sustain, IT and cross functional teams to resolve and communicate outcomes.
- Act as primary SME and interface with key cross functional teams, including; RA, Commercialisation, Customer Services, Commercialisation, Finance, Procurement, Productivity, BCP and GPL to align on requirements, legislation changes and project priorities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate speed to market and RFT; help lead the change management agenda and embed best practices across the team.
- Support development and rollout of automated tools to streamline data creation, validation and registration documentation; collaborate with project teams to close implementation gaps.
- Allocate workload, develop job aids and process documentation, deliver training, drive learning & super user development, and maintain KPIs and performance reporting.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders and the team (daily connects, status reports, escalation logs) to ensure transparency and progress.
- Adhere to PepsiCo Health & Safety requirements and all GCS standards.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Third level degree (or equivalent) with 3-5 years experience in a multinational environment
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities in a fast paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail with a right first time mindset
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP experience (MDG/SAP it preferred)
- Strong analytical and logical thinker with a track record of practical, innovative solutions
- Process mapping, project management and change management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence across functions and all levels of the organisation
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, including knowledge of emerging and complex markets
