Job Role: Methods/Process Engineer

Education Qualification: Diploma/B-Tech

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Job Locations: Hyderabad, Bengaluru & Nagpur

Responsibilities:

Process Planning & Documentation: Develop comprehensive Process Sheets and work instructions. Define sequences of operations, including machining, assembly, and special processes.

Quality & Compliance: Lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities. Ensure all processes adhere to aerospace standards and client specifications.

Tooling & Resource Management: Handle Tool Order Creation for jigs, fixtures, and specialized cutting tools. Perform accurate Raw Material Estimation to minimize waste.

Design & Modeling: Use Catia and AutoCAD to review models, design manufacturing layouts, and interpret complex engineering drawings.

Costing & RFQ Support: Prepare Make-or-Buy analyses and provide detailed Cost Estimations for Request for Quote (RFQ) parts to support the commercial team.

Specialized Processes: Manage requirements for Heat Treatment and oversee the manufacturing of parts using high-performance Aerospace Materials.

Technical Standards: Apply and interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ensure part functionality and manufacturability.

ERP Integration: Maintain accurate data, Bill of Materials (BOM), and routing within SAP.
