Job Description:

• Role Overview
• We are seeking a Senior Associate Consultant with strong expertise in Business Process Management
• In this role you will analyze design model and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency reduce costs and align processes with organizational goals
• You will partner with stakeholders across the business to map current state processes identify improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of streamlined future state workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• Document current state as is and design future state to be process models using standard notation e

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and validate process designs
• Define process metrics KPIs and controls to measure performance and track improvements
• Support process standardization automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement process changes and ensure adoption
• Develop process documentation standard operating procedures SOPs and training materials
• Provide recommendations aligned with improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
• Support change management activities and communicate process changes to affected stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building BPM best practices within the team
• Familiarity with AI powered coding and automation tools to accelerate network engineering wireless troubleshooting security
