Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and experience:
- Collect, review and validate Methane emissions data from across operations assets such as operational assets such as well sites, processing facilities, pipelines and storage tanks.
- Ability and read and interpret Process documents - P&IDs, PFD, Site Facility Diagrams
- Experience in trouble shooting of equipment - pneumatic devices, VRUs, dump valves, PRVs, and storage tanks.
- Capability to support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues and provide technical support to stakeholders
- Familiarity with tank battery operations, equipment layouts and standard surveillance practices
- Prepare and submit Methane emissions required by environmental agencies
Qualifications
Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum/Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in oil and gas industry, chemical refinery, or manufacturing facility
- Good understanding of chemical plant operational processes
- Address regulatory challenges, managing documentation, processes, and projects
- Familiarity with EPA guidelines and emission factors
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Communication for effectively interacting with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders
