Metasearch & OTA Business Manager

We're Hiring | Metasearch & OTA Business Manager

I'm looking for an experienced Metasearch / OTA Business professional to work closely with me at AkbarTravels.com at Mumbai Location and take ownership of our business across platforms such as Skyscanner, Wego, Kayak, Google Flights/Hotels and other travel distribution platforms.

This is not a traditional Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build, manage and grow an OTA/metasearch business end-to-end.

What you'll own:

• Build and grow partnerships with metasearch and travel platforms
• Drive traffic, bookings, revenue and contribution
• Manage commercial negotiations and partner relationships
• Work closely with Product & Technology teams on API, feed, pricing and deep-link integrations
• Monitor price competitiveness, conversion and booking performance
• Identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion, revenue and profitability
• Develop new travel distribution channels and partnerships
• Own the overall business performance of the channel

What we're looking for:

• 5–7+ years of experience in OTA, metasearch, travel technology or online travel distribution
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Skyscanner, Wego, Kayak, Google Travel or similar
• Strong understanding of travel APIs, feeds, pricing, distribution and booking economics
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across Business, Product, Technology and Revenue teams

Candidates from OTAs, metasearch companies, airlines, GDS/travel-tech companies or travel aggregators would be preferred.
