Position: Head – Metallurgy (Heat Treatment)

Experience: 12–15 Years

Qualification: B. Tech in Metallurgy

Industry: Heat Treatment / Engineering / Automotive

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Carburizing, Hardening & Tempering processes
• Hands-on exposure to SQF (Sealed Quench Furnaces) and Pit Furnaces
• Expertise in metallurgical inspections (Hardness, Microstructure, Case Depth)
• Good knowledge of material specifications & drawing interpretation
• Familiar with ASTM, ASME, IS, ISO standards & TDC
• Experience in process validation & instrument calibration
• Ability to handle customer audits and quality requirements
• Manage manpower, shopfloor discipline, safety & 5S practices on the shop floor
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance & Planning teams

Role:

• Lead complete heat treatment operations & metallurgy function
• Manage team, ensure process control, quality & productivity
• Drive continuous improvement, cost control & compliance
