Key Responsibilities
- Handle melting, pouring, casting, and heat treatment processes
- Perform metallurgical testing – chemical, mechanical & microstructure analysis
- Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation
- Monitor spectrometer results, hardness testing, tensile testing (UTM)
- Analyse microstructure using metallurgical microscope
- Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / customer quality standards
- Drive process improvement, rejection reduction, and cost optimization
- Support New Product Development (NPD), PPAP, trial runs
- Maintain inspection reports, heat records, test certificates, documentation
- Coordinate with production, QA, R&D, and customer teams

Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Materials Engineering
Experience
- 3 to 5 Years in Foundry / Casting / Automotive Manufacturing (Salary - ₹5.0 LPA – ₹6.5 LPA)

- Experience in automotive casting / machining components
- Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
- Good knowledge of heat treatment & metallurgical testing
- Ability to handle customer quality requirements & audits
