Key Skills & Requirement

• Excellent ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of detailing for bespoke interior metal fabrication and sheet metal components.
• Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting line drawings.
• Knowledge of sheet metal machinery: laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, and powder coating processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and production management systems.
• Ability to train new fabricators and welders on fabrication processes and standards.
• Skilled in coordinating with stakeholders and aligning production schedules effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily factory operations, including fabrication, welding, and machine activities.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and fabrication drawings for production.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and quality requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 100 workers (fabricators, welders, and machine operators).
• Provide training and guidance to new team members.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to sheet metal fabrication and machinery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and interior metal works.
• Proven experience supervising large teams in a workshop environment.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, machinery, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
