Job Title: Metal Fabricator Supervisor

Location: Narwar, MP

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Metal Fabricator Supervisor to oversee sheet and pipe fabrication operations in our manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in machine setup, fabrication processes, and supervising shop floor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise sheet metal and pipe cutting operations.

Set up and monitor fabrication machines including CNC machines, welding machines, and power press.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are followed.

Guide and manage fabrication workers on the shop floor.

Troubleshoot machine and fabrication issues to minimize downtime.

Maintain proper production and maintenance records.

Requirements:

Proven 5+yrs experience in metal fabrication and machine setup.

Hands-on knowledge of CNC machines, welding machines, power press, and fabrication tools.

Ability to supervise shop floor workers and manage daily production activities.

Basic understanding of fabrication drawings and measurements.
