Role Summary
We are looking for a Meta Media Planner & Account Manager with expertise in Meta platforms to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and manage high-performance advertising campaigns, provide regular account audits, and collaborate with clients and creative teams to ensure goals are met. Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Develop and execute Meta media plans tailored to client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Optimize campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs, ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand identity.
2. Creative Management:
• Create detailed creative briefs for new ad creatives and video requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve creative performance.
3. Account Management & Reporting:
• Manage client accounts and maintain clear communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly audits of Meta ad accounts to identify optimization opportunities.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and actionable insights for clients.
4. Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through consistent communication and value delivery.
5. Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and present findings to clients and internal teams.
• Suggest data-driven strategies for campaign improvements.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in media planning, account management, or related roles, with a focus on Meta platforms.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
• Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and priorities.
