Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated online and offline marketing initiatives for our UK-based Online Travel Agency.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving qualified leads, improving customer acquisition and retention, and strengthening our market presence in the UK travel sector.

This role requires strong digital marketing expertise combined with traditional marketing experience, particularly within travel tourism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets.

Create quarterly and annual marketing plans with measurable KPIs.

Identify new customer segments and growth opportunities within the UK travel market.

  • Digital / Online Marketing

Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, display, retargeting).

Oversee SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and keyword ranking.

Manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and CRM integration.

Improve website conversion rate (CRO) and customer journey.

Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, ad platforms) and prepare performance reports.

  • Social Media Brand Positioning

Build strong brand presence across UK-targeted platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok if relevant).

Plan engagement campaigns, travel promotions, and seasonal offers.

Manage influencers and travel bloggers collaborations

  • Offline / Traditional Marketing

Plan And Execute Offline Marketing Initiatives Including

  • Print advertising
  • Flyers brochures
  • Local UK events trade shows
  • Travel exhibitions
  • Direct mail campaigns

Develop strategic partnerships with local businesses and travel-related stakeholders

  • Sales Revenue Support

Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads.

Create promotional campaigns aligned with airline, holiday, and seasonal deals.

Monitor ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA).

  • Vendor Agency Management

Manage relationships with marketing agencies, designers, printers, and media vendors.

Negotiate advertising rates and partnership agreements.

  • Reporting Analytics

Track campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly marketing reports.

Analyze customer behavior, booking patterns, and market trends.

Required Skills Experience

Minimum 5+ years experience in marketing (preferably in travel, aviation, or OTA sector).

Strong knowledge of UK travel market trends.

Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

Experience in both performance marketing and brand-building campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
