This is a full-time, on-site position for a Google/Meta Ads Specialist located in Varanasi. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to achieve client or business objectives. Responsibilities include crafting ad strategies, monitoring campaign performance, conducting keyword research, creating compelling ad copy, analyzing data to provide actionable insights, and staying up to date with the latest trends in digital advertising. Collaboration with teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals and delivering measurable results is expected.

• Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, keyword research, and competitive analysis
• Strong data analysis skills using analytics tools and platforms
• Excellent creative skills in copywriting and content creation for ad campaigns
• Solid understanding of budget management and ad spend optimization
• Familiarity with audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and ad placement
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus
