Role: Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads & Meta) On-site, India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta platforms to meet target ROAS, CPA, and growth KPIs for multiple client verticals.
- Build, launch and optimise search, display, shopping, video and remarketing campaigns refine targeting, bids, creatives, and audience segments for continuous performance gains.
- Implement robust tracking (GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel), validate conversion events, and maintain accurate attribution for performance reporting.
- Design and run iterative A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and lower CAC.
- Monitor budgets and pacing, perform daily/weekly optimisations, and reallocate spend to high-performing channels and campaigns.
- Produce clear, insights-driven reports and present performance recommendations to stakeholders; collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to scale winning strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven hands-on experience managing live Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager campaigns with measurable ROI improvements.
- Deep working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for event setup, troubleshooting, and attribution validation.
- Solid experience implementing and debugging Facebook Pixel and server-side tracking for cross-platform measurement.
- Strong competency in campaign structuring: search, display, shopping, video, and remarketing.
- Data-driven optimization skills: bid strategy tuning, audience segmentation, and budget pacing to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
- Clear reporting and stakeholder communication translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
Preferred
- Experience with YouTube Ads and Shopping Ads workflows and optimisations.
- Hands-on A/B testing experience across creative and landing pages tied to paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with attribution modelling and marketing analytics tools beyond GA4 (e.g., Looker Studio, Data Studio).
