Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Conduct detailed audience and keyword research to improve targeting and reach.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, ROI, and other key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to guide ad visuals and messaging.
  • Analyze data and performance trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated with the latest features, trends, and policy changes across both platforms.
  • Provide clear reports and insights to stakeholders or clients.

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and audience funnels.
  • Experience with scaling campaigns and managing high ad spends.
  • Good command of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and tracking setup.
  • Ability to analyze data and apply learnings to improve results.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
