We're now expanding our team and looking for a talented Meta & Google Ads Expert who can craft, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.
Role Description
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimise ad performance.
- Set up and track campaigns using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and Meta Pixel.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Optimise budgets and bidding strategies for maximum conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with client goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising.
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC campaign management, audience segmentation, and ad copy optimisation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Pixel tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
