Meta Ads Specialist

Our client is a funded D2C in the health and wellness sector with ARR - 100 Cr

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to execute, manage, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns across our D2C portfolio, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute, launch, manage, optimize, and scale Meta ad campaigns.
• Work closely with the Growth team to drive customer acquisition.
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, campaigns, and strategies.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
• Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Experience managing performance campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining performance.
