Job Summary

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited, Zirakpur, is looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, with a strong focus on e-commerce growth, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for e-commerce.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and scale performance marketing campaigns.
• Drive conversions, revenue, and improve ROAS.
• Manage prospecting, retargeting, and audience segmentation campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies.
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Test and optimize different creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and share insights with management.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads features, trends, policies, and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
• Strong experience in e-commerce performance marketing.
• Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CAC, and conversion tracking.
• Proven experience in scaling Meta campaigns and managing ad budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to work with data and make performance-based decisions.
